Hi Samantha - I'm inquiring on how to check for inflamation - not sure if it's what I'm eating etc. I am experiencing joint swelling in the fingers & toes. I'm working on being gluten free and trying to stay away from corn, soy & wheat. Off dairy except for cheese. Any how I'm trying to clean up my diet --but I'm still experiencing inflamation. I've increased my greens in the vegetable area and working on the fruits. Any how - what do I need to do for testing for adrenal function?
Thank you

Thank you for your article. I am a food addict. I am part of the FAA 12 step recovery group. I am also in school for massage therapy. We were discussing food allergy vs. food sensitivity. I didn't not agree with the professor because I had learned in FAA we have a food allergy to flour, sugar, wheat and artificial sweetners and thought there was doctors research that backed it up. Now I am not sure that is the case. I believe I have a sensitivity that could lead to an allergy by what your article is suggesting. I must look further in my research as my professor is now doing the same. Thanks, Sandy

Yes, Teresa. I believe that hormonal changes due to stress can be corrected. Lifestyle changes, diet changes, as well as bio identical hormone replacement therapy are all used to assist the body and mind to get back into balance.

This is great! I can't wait for you to write more.
This one really gets me thinking...
Can the possibly early premenopause caused by stress be reversed or set to right?
